VIDEO SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Appropriate Themes: We will only consider videos of skits and plays with a Christian worldview. If you are not sure if a video is appropriate, contact us FIRST. Please don't send us a video containing excessive foul language, violence or nudity. These will NOT be considered. We will consider videos with a moral message that are not overtly Christian (i.e. a comedy about the downfalls of selfishness), but we reserve the right to refuse to use a submission for any reason.

2. Copyrighted material: We support the Copyright laws. All videos must clearly state the copyright holder's name, company, submitters name and any other relavent information to help us process your submission legally. The submission must include a letter/email from the copyright holder stating that the Drama Guild is authorized to use the video in our Podcast for non-profit use.

3. Video Editing: Submitting your video not only is a declaration that you have the right to do so, but expresses your understanding that we may need to make slight alterations to our copy of the video for redistribution on our Podcast (including adding Drama Guild intros and outros and other minor editing as needed (such as trimming a long video into segments). The less we have to fiddle with preparing a submission, the higher your chances of having it accepted.

4. Credits: You deserve the credit for your work! We require a complete credits list so that we can include it in our podcast if it is not on your video.

5. Ready to Roll?: If you feel you meet the requirements above and agree to the terms, you can either email us a link to download your video (our preferred method), email us the video and applicable documentation listed above. Please use this email address for all submitting videos to the Drama Guild: info@thedramaguild.com You can also mail us the CD or DVD and we will review it promptly.

6. Non-profit: Using a submission does not nor should it be interrpreted as a legally binding contract to publish the video for financial gain for either party. Videos presented on the Drama Guild podcast are free. If you would like your free video to include a link to your own website where potential clients can pay for videos, that is a different matter and not subject to these terms nor affiliated with the Drama Guild.

7. Review: We do not guarrantee to use your submission, but we will give it a sincere review and if it meets our requirements and scheduling factors, we will attempt to include it in an upcoming episode. We will provide you with updates as to the potential release date or other details as they become available. While we may not be able to use your video in its present form even if it meets the requirements listed above, we appreciate your submitting with us and we will not use your video for any other purpose without your written consent.
