The Site is the exclusive property of Bob Whitely of the Drama Guild. All copyright references on the Site referencing the Drama Guild is intended and should be taken as referring to the owner, Bob Whitely. Copyrights on the Site use the name, Bob Whitely and the Drama Guild synonymously.
Content:
All content on this site, including graphics, logos, sounds, animation, artwork, text, and other content, including design and arrangement of content and presentation, is protected by copyright, intellectual property rights, and trademark laws. Except where expressly stated, no portion of the Site may be copied, transferred, published, translated or displayed without the Drama Guild’s prior written consent.
Content labeled, free*, is subject to the terms and conditions provided with said content, and in no way reflect conditions of use for the rest of the Site. If you would like to use the Drama Guild logo or other content for personal or commercial use, contact info@thedramaguild.com for details. Contact does not imply acceptance of use.
You may refer to content for personal or commercial use as long as quoted material is kept in context, without modification, copyrights are kept intact, and such material used is of limited length (i.e. references to the content of a play is OK, posting the script of a play is not, without prior written consent.).

Would you like to link to the Drama Guild website? Prior to establishing a link, contact info@thedramaguild.com for acceptance. Under certain conditions, a graphic may be supplied for assisting with creating a link.
Submissions:
You agree to refrain from submitting videos, photos or other content which may reasonably be considered illegal, pornographic, hateful or treasonous to the e-mail addresses listed on the site. If unsure, inquire first.
You agree that any contacts and submissions to the Drama Guild via e-mail be made with legitimate, returnable addresses (not spam), and all content transmitted would be neither disruptive nor create an unreasonably large burden to the or unreasonably large burden on the Site, it’s servers and e-mail accounts. If transmitting a large file, contact the Drama Guild first. Videos should be posted on a server or provided via CD, not sent via e-mail, unless they are low resolution, small files for previewing only. Again, if not sure, contact us first. If mailing content that you need back, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
You agree not to use content from the site for anything illegal or contradictory to these Terms of Use or transfer such material to another for either of those purposes or use the material in a way that infringes on the copyrights whether those copyrights are merely implied or actual.
You agree upon submission that any skit or play ideas, script, stage, prop or other drama related materials, photographs or tips presented are made free of charge and may or may not be used for personal or commercial purposes in the original modified form to suit the needs of the Drama Guild. Furthermore, such submissions do not imply a relationship or financial obligation on either part and are made as a non-binding donation for the purposes of enhancing the ministry, becoming the exclusive property of the Drama Guild. Submissions that are not intended to be ministry material donations must include appropriate copyright and/or trademarks and such marks will retain intact. Submissions will not be transferred to another ministry without permission from the original source.
You agree that you are either the owner of the material or the legal representative of the material (i.e. given the right to transfer the material, with appropriate documentation provided to the Drama Guild) that you submit. Submissions lacking reasonable identification of ownership, purpose and intent will be rejected. The Drama Guild is not responsible for the use or the return of submissions (keep your originals).
You agree to indemnify and hold the Drama Guild and it’s membership harmless from any loss or claims resulting from usage of Submissions that are misidentified by the source.
Limitation of Liability:
Except where prohibited by law, the Drama Guild is not liable regarding continued service, Site performance, errors in content, event dates, event changes and takes no responsibility for inconvenience arising from the existence of or changes to events, contests, scripts, plays, omissions or the like, the Site coming down for maintenance or updates or other technical difficulties.
The Drama Guild does not research the copyrights, trademarks of submitters, taking it on good faith that the documentation provided is accurate. As such, the Drama Guild is not liable for using material that has been either intentionally or unintentionally mislabeled, in regard to ownership and right to use. The Forum has additional Terms of Use as do the scripts section. These Terms and Conditions of Use are effective immediately.
