Non-Profit use only :
You may not use our scripts for commercial purposes or for financial gain, even if you edit or rewrite our scripts. Performances must be presented freely, without fees. You may not sell our scripts or scripts based on our scripts.

Recording Performances:
You may record and distribute your own performances based wholly or partially on Drama Guild scripts, however you may not charge a download fee or any other fees for viewing the recordings (even if you've altered our scripts), and all recordings (DVD, CD, podcast, whatever) must include all Drama Guild copyright information, our website and email address.

Performing Drama Guild scripts:
You do not need our permission before performing a Drama Guild skit or play or one based on our scripts, however all legal information listed on the individual scripts must remain intact on all copies of the script as well as any promotional material or announcements (i.e. Based on a skit by the Drama Guild).

Script and Image Distribution :
Drama Guild scripts may not be distributed, (except to cast members within a ministry for performance use) without the express written permission of the Drama Guild. Scripts may not be sold, even if altered from their original form. All copies of Drama Guild scripts (including those you edit or rewrite) must retain all copyright information (Date, names, website and email address). Drama Guild scripts may not be placed on other websites for download or use without permission, although you can create a link to this site to allow access to the scripts via your own website.

Promotional Material :
All Drama Guild logos (including logos and images in our scripts and gallery), must include trademark and copyright ownership information, crediting the Drama Guild (including brochures, fliers and other promotional materials).

Changing Drama Guild Scripts :
Feel free to alter our scripts to meet your needs (i.e. change a character's gender, dialogue, add, drop scenery, prop, etc.). When you print or perform an altered Drama Guild script, please make sure to include in all appropriate locations, "Based on a script by the Drama Guild", all the legal text at the bottom (including copyright, website and email address for the Drama Guild), and then also make sure to credit your changes as Editor!
